  SUGATH RAJAPAKSE

A graduate from the Institute of Hospitality Management & School of Tourism (Ceylon Hotel School), Mr. Sugath Rajapakse is a member of Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association (FCHSGA) and a member of the Institute of Hospitality (MIH) UK. He has over 35 years of experience in hospitality management. His expertise was gained from hotels in the Hawaiian Islands, North Wales in UK and Sri Lanka. He has attended many hospitality related conventions and seminars in many countries such as Australia, Netherlands, Japan, Cyprus and Ireland. Mr. Rajapakse has rendered his service to Sri Lankan Air Force and he is the current Operations Manager of Randholee Resort, Kandy.

  KOLITHA AMARASEKERA

Kolitha is a Diploma holder in Advance Marketing Management from NIBM and Airline Ticketing & Travel conducted by Travel and Tourism Training Centre. Kolitha has 22 years of experience in the fields of sales and marketing and has been the Administration Manager at Randholee Luxury Resorts for the past two and a half years.

  CHAMIKA BANDARA

Chamika started his hospitality career from Queens Hotel, Kandy as a trainee room boy in 1993. During his 17 years of experience in the hotel industry he has worked in many overseas hotels. Amongst his previous work places are Al Ahamad Trading Company in Kuwait, Presidential Villas in Sudan and Hotel Sofitel Al Hamra in Jeda, Saudi Arabia. He is the Executive House Keeper at Randholee Resort for the last three years.

  SUSANTHA V. GAMAGE

Susantha started his career in the Hospitality Industry at Peacock Beach Hotel, Hambanthota as a Trainee Steward in 1991 and elevated to a Senior Steward in 1993. He then joined Eden Resort & Spa, Beruwala in 1993 and worked as F & B Supervisor till 2006. He has been the Asst. F & B Manager at Randholee Luxury Resort for the last three years. 

 
  PRABATH WIJEKOON

With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Mr. Prabath Wijekoon has worked in many parts of the world and currently functions as the hotel's Executive Chef. Having gained vast knowledge about management and culinary skills from both governmental and non-governmental institutes, he went on to further develop his skills at world-renowned 4-star & 5-star hotel groups such as the Galadari Meridian, Hilton Hotel, Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Holiday Inn and Per Aquum. As a member of the pre-opening team of many famous hotels, Mr. Wijekoon has helped to open hotels such as the White Sands Hotel in the Maldives and The Fortress in Galle. He is also responsible for bringing great fame to Sri Lanka by creating the world's most expensive dessert at a time when tourism was dwindling. His greatest passion is cooking with fresh ingredients.
